Levine and Freedman was established in 1984, when the present Senior Partner Les Freedman joined the Late Max Levine in practice in Germiston. Max Levine passed away in 1986 and Les Freedman then practiced under the name and style of Levine and Freedman continuously since then.

The practice moved to Bedfordview in 2000 and to Rosebank in 2011. Levine and Freedman have acted for First National Bank since 1984, Nedbank since 1999, Standard Bank since 2005 and BMW Financial Services since 2013. The practice specializes in Conveyancing, Property related Litigation and Administration of Deceased Estates.
